Customer service, team leadership and administrative rigor, turned into project management.
Catalina built her profile in Brisbane combining customer service, team leadership and administrative rigor. Between 2019 and 2024 she was a Shift Leader, where she designed training programs and time-management strategies.
In parallel she studied an MBA and Master of Global Project Management at Torrens University Australia (2021 – 2023), focused on business decision analytics, logistics, and portfolio and program management.
Today she combines that training with administrative and financial experience, working with Xero as an Account Officer, and brings that approach to project management at Valcach.
